Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Customs & Import Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping fees.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your pair. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Damaged or faulty items — if your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@thelookingforward.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on the case.

Exchanges — not the right fit or colour? We're happy to exchange for another style within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item is faulty.

Change of mind — as a small independent brand shipping from Bali, we're unable to offer change-of-mind refunds. We encourage you to reach out before purchasing if you have any questions. We're always happy to help you find the right pair.
