SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We offer worldwide shipping from our warehouse based in Indonesia and Australia. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping: Deliveries within Indonesia typically take 3-5 business days.

International Shipping: Deliveries outside Indonesia may take 7-14 business days, depending on the destination country.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or shipping provider delays.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of your order. Free shipping is available for all orders within Indonesia and all international orders over AU$150. For international orders AU$150 and under, fees are vary based on location.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping fees.
REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In compliance with Indonesian law, we offer the following refund and exchange options:

Refunds: If your sunglasses arrive damaged or defective, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify, please email us at info@thelookingforward.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges: We accept exchanges for incorrect or faulty items. You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your sunglasses. Please contact us at info@thelookingforward.com with details of the issue. We will send you a return shipping label, and upon receiving the returned item, we will ship the replacement.

Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, in accordance with Indonesian law. Please choose carefully before making your purchase.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact us at info@thelookingforward.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Please ensure the item is in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
