ORDERING
If the items you're ordering are in stock, your order will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. 

CURRENCY
All prices displayed are in Australian Dollars (AUD). We accept payment via PayPal or credit card. Please contact us for purchasing with Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), payment via bank transfers are available.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
The Looking Forward ships to all destinations, world-wide. We will contact you via email if there's changes.

Domestic Express postage cost:
Free Express post Bali area and the rest of Indonesia within 3-5 days business days

International postage cost:
Free standard International shipping for all orders over AU$100. For orders AU$100 & under, please see shipping cost at check out after entering your address. Shipping cost will be calculated at check out. We are using EMS or DHL for shipping carrier.

Our delivery estimates should be used as a general guide only. Please bear in mind that due COVID - 19 restrictions and capacity constraints are causing delays in most countries. Some countries are not currently accepting parcels. Items may be held longer than usual by customs authorities. All estimates are for metro destinations – items sent to regional and rural locations will likely take longer. Circumstances can change quickly.

A tracking number will be provided when your order has been shipped. Please provide email and an active phone number .

TAXES AND DUTIES
The Looking Forward are based in Bali, Indonesia. International orders may be subject to taxes and duties. Customers are responsible of any taxes or duties applied to the order. Please contact your local customs office for further information regarding taxes and duties.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Goods purchased and shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 7 days from the date you received your order. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original packaging.
